Prep, Set & Go
• Apply a thin layer of Bonny Lash Glue across the strip lash
• Allow the glue to set for 10 seconds until its tacky/sticky
• Apply to the lash line, as close as possible then adjust corners if needed

Orders made by 3pm Monday-Thursday will be shipped within 1-2 days. Orders made after 1pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday(not including bank holidays).
Whilst Royal Mail always try to deliver your parcel as quickly as possible there may occasionally be external factors that affect this which we are not responsible.
Returns
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind.
If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you.
If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days. We can not offer refunds/exchanges after the product has been worn or removed from its original packaging. Items must be returned to us in their original state.
Please note; Our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though.
